Maintain at least $500,000 in general liability insurance.

Agree to clean according to NADCA's standards.

Comply with NADCA's Code of Ethics.

There are two parts to HVAC cleaning:

Breaking contaminants loose

Collection of contaminants

Contaminants are loosened with an agitation device, hand-brushing or contact vacuuming. During cleaning, the entire HVAC system is placed under continuous negative pressure (vacuum) to prevent the spread of contaminants. This vacuum also eliminates the loosened contaminants, which are collected and removed from your home.

Access to duct interiors will be made through:

supply diffusers

return grills

duct end caps and service openings

If technicians need to cut any tool access holes in the duct work they will be skillfully closed.
